Drawn from documents in the Warren Commission, Bouvier and Prusakova is a film that parallels the lives of Jacqueline Kennedy and Marina Oswald at the time of both of their husband's deaths. This film is not a conventional documentary, but more of an account of Marina's memories on her life through the lens of melancholy. The title refers to both women's maiden names, a link back to a time when they were alone. The film uses text from a narrative Marina supplies to the Commission as the sound element to lay alongside a series of composed shots of cherry blossoms against the blue sky. “Bouvier and Prusakova” 16mm color film with sound, 25 minutes, 2005.
